AngelaCongratulations are in order for Angela Osborne, PCI, for being selected as a new member for the ASIS International Commission on Standards & Guidelines. The 28-member commission, representing ASIS’s 35,000 global members, ensures the security standards and guidelines development process is voluntary, nonproprietary, and consensus-based, utilizing the knowledge, experience, and expertise of ASIS members and the global security community. Angela Osborne is a Professional Certified Investigator who specializes in security risk assessments, threat assessments, and crisis management training, simulations, and program development. She is also the Co-Chair for ASIS International Young Professionals Council and sits on the ASIS International Strategic Planning Committee. cod-policeheadquartersThe Guidepost Solutions Dallas office is expanding their expertise by adding a fire alarm specialist. Ken Wilson joined the office as a member of our Fire Alarm Design Services team. His 33 years of fire/life safety experience will greatly benefit our clients changing needs in this area. Ken adds to our team with his telecommunications, audio visual, and security expertise as well. He holds the following certifications:

old post officeThe Guidepost Solutions Chicago office is adding a telecommunications expert. Sean Wellford joined the office in January and comes with more than 20 years of technology infrastructure design and consulting experience. His prior experience includes working on complex projects for the headquarters of McDonalds, AJ Gallagher, Wilson Sporting Goods, and JLL Americas.

Markham_webPat Markham has been leading the Security and Technology Consulting Practice in the Dallas office since 2013. Before relocating to Dallas, he opened the Guidepost Solutions Chicago office in 2005 and has worked on all aspects of the business from technology design, security consulting, project management, project accounting, business development, staff development and strategic planning. Pat is an active member of ASIS International and board-certified in security management holding the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation.
Pat spends his personal time finding ways to give back to the community. Last year he and his wife, both shaved their heads to raise money for St. Baldrick’s, an organization dedicated to childhood cancer research. He recently became a Trustee for the All Stars Project of Dallas, Development School for Youth, connecting kids to the world of work. In addition, he organized his professional contacts to install a new video system at City House, an emergency homeless shelter and transitional living center for children in North Dallas.
Pat also enjoys spending time with his family. He spent the last two years training in Taekwondo with his daughter and recently completed a 100-mile bicycle ride from Marathon, Florida to Key West, Florida with his dad and a friend.
