With more than 25 years of experience, Ray Kolodzieczak has focused a majority of his career in evaluating, designing, and installing low voltage systems in justice facilities. In his 18 years with Guidepost, he moved up in the rankings and is currently serving as senior project manager for multiple large-scale justice projects. Mr. Kolodzieczak understands how to deliver security electronics, fire alarm, and teldata system projects for existing and new facilities, from inception to construction. He also has extensive experience collaborating with public entity clients including counties, state agencies, cities and police departments.
Mr. Kolodzieczak is responsible for system design and programming, site surveys, drawings and specifications, code compliance, architectural/engineering discipline coordination, bid evaluation, project management, and supervision of acceptance testing for low voltage systems. His strong technical background, relationships with public entities and extensive correctional facility project experience allows the low voltage systems design and construction to progress smoothly – meeting operational needs, stakeholder goals, and compliance standards.
