Ken Wilson has more than 33 years of experience in low voltage systems design and implementation project management. His experience includes extensive knowledge of fire/life safety systems, security systems technology, network design, nurse call, public address, sound masking, sound reinforcement, and audio/visual systems design. He has successfully managed projects of every size and complexity in both the public and private sectors, spanning multiple vertical markets, such as technology, detention, healthcare, education, critical infrastructure, and transportation. Having served as a designer for many low voltage projects, Mr. Wilson specializes in effective implementation of code compliant and efficient system design. His strong technical background makes him uniquely adept at designing and constructing sophisticated integrated systems that exceed client expectations.
Mr. Wilson began his career as an installer with a firm specializing in low voltage system integration. Throughout his professional life, he achieved each position in operations and design, culminating in his previous position as director of engineering for a Dallas area fire alarm installation contractor. This experience gives him holistic insight into the lifecycle of technology projects. In addition, he has an in-depth knowledge of fire and life safety codes and the ability to navigate building codes and regulations governing the design and construction of modern buildings. His technical expertise and hands-on experience with low voltage systems ensures that the clients’ operational needs are met and the recommended technology solutions support and enhance their existing low voltage systems and priorities.
