Emily DiCorcia joins the San Francisco office of Guidepost Solutions with an extensive background conducting in-depth research.
Most recently, Ms. DiCorcia worked closely with case and business development teams for data and literature research at Health Advances, a boutique healthcare consulting firm. She utilized her in-depth knowledge of industry resources and search tools for projects including due diligence, market assessment and forecasts, and technology commercialization.
Ms. DiCorcia’s background includes a faculty appointment at New York University as the librarian for SPS Graduate Programs where she was responsible for building research programs for graduate business programs and serving as liaison to administrators. Prior to joining the university, she created instruction and training programs on market and industry research and financial databases at Stanford Graduate School of Business as the assistant head of Research and Information Services at the Stanford GSB Library.
Earlier in her career, Ms. DiCorcia was a research associate at Morgan Stanley in the Business Intelligence Services group, where she conducted research for the Investment Banking Division. She also has experience at the University of California, the University of Michigan, and Sidley Austin LLP. She is well-versed in various online resources including Bloomberg, Thomson One, Capital IQ, SEC EDGAR, and LexisNexis.
