Mr. Drew Dito holds seven years of experience in project management and coordination, developing a reputation for approaching project challenges creatively and producing tools and procedures for improvement. As a seasoned project coordinator, Mr. Dito understands how to communicate with large teams and individual project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Mr. Dito supports project teams by leading control efforts on cost, resources, and procurements, while simultaneously promoting ISO9001 standards for quality management. He processes, cleans, and analyzes cost and resource data for project control and forecasts. Additionally, Mr. Dito is adept in stakeholder coordination, operational procedures development, risk analyses, project methods, and reporting.
Prior to joining Guidepost Solutions, Mr. Dito was a senior project coordinator at DNV GL, where he provided management support on California’s largest HVAC program evaluations. In this role, he served as a project liaison, maximized interdepartmental workflows, and identified project risks and opportunities.
