Brett Lundy, Senior Project Manager, brings over thirty-five (35) years of experience in security management, integration, and consulting. His expertise allows him to address a full range of security challenges including systems design, risk mitigation, communication, procurement, and contracts. He is highly skilled at collaborating with stakeholders and communicating overall objectives and goals. Mr. Lundy understands the balance between providing effective security solutions and maintaining facility operability.
During his career, Mr. Lundy has managed projects ranging from $50k to over $12 million. He follows the strategic model of the Project Management Institute which includes initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. He continues to expand his expertise in the security industry by monitoring and training in the latest advancements in technology.
Prior to joining Guidepost Solutions, Mr. Lundy was a technical security specialist for Pacific Gas and Electric’s (PG&E) Corporate Security Department. At PG&E, he managed all the major Customer Service Center (cash handling offices) throughout California.
During the Owner Architect and Consultant meetings, Mr. Lundy provided project specific communication, timelines, proposals, designs and security vendors for various projects between Turner and Roebbelen General Contractors.
In addition to PG&E, Mr. Lundy acted as an embedded project manager at Slack Technologies, reporting directly to the Director of Real Estate. Over the course of twelve (12) months Mr. Lundy initiated a global enterprise security solution in North America, Asia Pacific, and the United Kingdom that included guard services and executive protection.
