Industry’s leading comprehensive workplace immigration compliance software enhanced to include latest legal requirements.
Washington, D.C. – May 15, 2013 — Guidepost Solutions LLC today announced the release of a new and improved Version 2 of its landmark workplace immigration compliance software, SecureIDâ. This comprehensive software is the only integrated, one-stop identity verification, I-9 and E-Verify software solution ensuring hiring and compliance processes meet legal requirements. Working with immigration and compliance experts, SecureID now includes new updates that maintain the ease of use current users have come to enjoy, combined with the latest compliance requirements that users expect.
“These significant improvements to an already powerful compliance tool make it the best in class for protecting businesses from fines and lost productivity by ensuring an authorized workforce,” said Julie Myers Wood, President of Compliance, Federal and Software Solutions of Guidepost Solutions.
“Our clients have the security of knowing that they are not just complying with government regulations, but also building a layered compliance system, including an identity theft and document fraud solution,” added Ms. Wood, who served as the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement prior from 2006 to 2008. “With or without comprehensive immigration reform, employers will be at the forefront of immigration enforcement, as the Federal government is increasing pressure to ensure that only legally authorized individuals are employed.”
SecureID Version 2 incorporates the newly released Form I-9 from the Department of Homeland Security as well as full integration with E-Verify Version 24 web-services interface, consistent with government requirements. Additionally, the system has added new data and algorithms to support more accurate instant identity verification results. Fraud reporting and more simplified case tracking allow employers to improve compliance with legal requirements.
SecureID Version 2 will be exhibited at the upcoming National Restaurant Association’s annual conference in Chicago from May 18-21 and also at the Society for Human Resource Management annual conference also in Chicago from June 16-19, 2013.
