Guidepost Solutions was retained to develop a comprehensive security management and emergency preparedness program for the company’s global real estate portfolio. This engagement began with the review and assessment of all existing electronic security systems and policies and procedures. We presented the project team with our findings, recommendations for improvements, and cost estimates for implementing the improvements in a written security assessment report. In addition, our team managed the selection and implementation of a Global Enterprise Access Control / CCTV system. We worked closely with the company’s security and risk leadership and its IT, real estate, human resources and facilities departments to select a platform that would meet the needs of the company’s facilities worldwide.
