Mr. Hayward’s professional background includes 24 years of experience providing security, fire alarm and electronic monitoring systems to major business; academic institutions; custodial establishments; healthcare sectors and government organizations. He has provided design; planning; commissioning; handover and training services; specification and procedure development; project management and security system assessments.
At Guidepost Solutions, Mr. Hayward is responsible for security system assessments, design and project management to a number of global clients. He successfully provides holistic security system designs; RFQ & RFP tender proess delivery; project management and commissioning validation.
Prior to joining Guidepost Solutions, Mr. Hayward was employed as the Principle Commissioning Engineer at G4S Technology where he served as the Commissioning Manager and lead commissioning engineer. In this role, Mr. Hayward was responsible for the handover of complex electronic security systems and external & in-house training.
