Senior Director

Kent M. Solt joined the Washington, D.C. office of Guidepost Solutions in 2014 with more than 15 years of compliance, research and investigative experience. As a senior director for the Guidepost Solutions diligence services group, he works closely with investigation teams providing research and data analytics.

Prior to joining Guidepost Solutions, Mr. Solt was a senior investigative analyst with KeyPoint Government Solutions, where he was a member of the monitoring team for a large international bank. In addition, he provided due diligence and analytical services for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Clean Energy Loan Guarantee Program. He also conducted background investigations and provided analysis for state gaming commissions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Solt spent over a decade with LexisNexis Legal Publishing where he held several positions including editorial manager and lead content planner. Among his many duties, he led a team of 25 attorney editors in producing more than 40,000 case law summaries and statutory annotations annually.

Mr. Solt was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 1997.
