Guidepost Solutions Honored at ASIS International 2017

ASIS Award 2017October 16, 2017, Dallas, Texas – On Monday, September 25, 2017, Guidepost Solutions was honored with the ASIS 2017 Organization Award of Merit for its contributions and support to the advancement of professional security certifications, commitment to the professional development of its Security and Technology Consulting team, and involvement in ASIS volunteer leadership endeavors.  Matthew V. Wharton, president of the Security and Technology Consulting group at Guidepost Solutions, accepted the award on behalf of Guidepost Solutions at the ASIS International 63rd Annual Exhibits and Seminar held in Dallas.

“It is an honor to be recognized by ASIS International, one of the most highly respected security organizations in the industry,” stated CEO of Guidepost Solutions, Julie Myers Wood. “This prestigious recognition is a testament of our employees’ commitment to their profession and demonstrates their dedication to providing exceptional client service.”

Criteria for organizations to be considered for this award are making the Certified Protection Professional (CPP)®, Professional Certified Investigator (PCI)®, or Physical Security Professional (PSP)® designation a prerequisite (or standard) for security professionals in their organization; recognizing the value of security certification across their organization by developing, promoting and supporting the CPP, PCI, or PSP designations internally; and supporting employee ASIS certification and participation in ASIS as a volunteer leader.
