New York, NY – June 4, 2014 – Guidepost Solutions LLC, a global leader in investigations, security and technology consulting, immigration and cross-border consulting, and monitoring and compliance services, appointed Anthony M. Collura as Chief Operating Officer. He will continue to serve as Chief Legal Officer while assisting with the company’s daily operations.

Collura, who joined Guidepost Solutions in 2010, will also continue his roles as Corporate Secretary and member of the company’s Board of Directors, as well as Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal Officer for SolutionPoint International (SPI), Guidepost’s parent company. Collura also serves as General Counsel and is an equity member of Carriage House Partners, LLC, a private equity firm and principal shareholder in SPI.

Throughout his career, Collura has represented numerous private and public companies as outside counsel spanning various industries including security, identity management, biometrics, telecommunications, transportation, digital media, entertainment, manufacturing, brokerage, insurance and software. He has represented these companies with matters related to corporate governance and compliance; securities law compliance and reporting; public and private securities offerings; mergers and acquisitions; sale transactions; secured and unsecured loan transactions; commercial credit and lease transactions; intellectual property transactions; and joint venture and company formation transactions.
Collura is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He received a Juris Doctor degree from New York University Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Collura is also a graduate of Fordham Preparatory School.
