Guidepost Solutions provided security design consulting services to replace Columbia College’s existing burglar alarm panels in order to integrate with its new campus-wide access control system being monitored in the new command center.

Our team’s work included a review of the existing alarm monitoring contract, identification and coordination of communication requirements for the new alarm panels, development of an implementation strategy and budget to replace the alarm panels, and development of a request for proposal to procure the security contractor for their installations. Additionally, we provided security consulting services to replace its existing identification cards with cards that integrated with the new access control system.
